Mike was born June 1, 1956 in Pampa to Wayne and Ellen Caskey. He was a lifelong resident of Pampa, graduating from Pampa High School. Mike loved the Dallas Cowboys, and loved to travel anywhere and everywhere, especially going to casinos. He learned to scuba dive and loved seeing all the amazing sea life and reefs, especially in Cozumel. He had started smoking meats and loved trying new recipes, and he was very good at it.
