Brian James Hoyt

Brian James Hoyt, 60, of Pampa, went to be with the Lord on Friday, Nov. 30, 2018 in the home. 

Brian was born Nov. 25, 1958. On June 19, 1987 he married the love of his life Tammey Meeks in Pampa. Brian loved animals. He loved to pick on his wife and family members and was quite the prankster. 

Survivors include His loving wife Tammey Hoyt, his four fur Babies of the home; a brother Eric Hoyt of Colorado; a sister Twila Ferris of Michigan; Two children Eric Gruner of Sturgis, Mich. and Barbra Gruner of Coldwater, Mich., a mother-in-law Sue Meeks of Pampa, two sister-in-laws Phyllis Hargett, and husband Victor of Sturgis, Mich.; Jamie Carpenter and husband Thomas of Pampa. He had two grandchildren, eight Nieces and six nephews. 

He was proceeded in death by his parents James Hoyt and Aline Degaulier; his brother Karl Hoyt; his grandparents and his father-in-law James Meeks. 

The Memorial for Brian will be Dec. 26, 2018 at 2 p.m. at 1429 Williston St. in Pampa. The family will be sharing memories about Brian during this time. The family would also like to thank April, Gail, Ann and Penny with Interim Hospice and Science Care of Texas. Brian donated himself to science in hopes to help future generations better understand his condition.
