Altrusa International of Pampa, Texas met on May 25, 2023, at First United Methodist Church with Barb Hahn, President, presiding. Guests attending were as follows: Bob and Donna Bybee, Darrel Franklin, and Scott Hahn. Kerrick Horton and Chris Stillwagon served as greeters.
Vera Roth gave the Accent on the personal qualities of a good Altrusan.
Sandra Cochran and Janice Gulick received a new-member initiation by Kadda Schale.
The outgoing president, Barb Hahn, gave her report of the past year’s activities and expressed appreciation to members for the support that she received the past club year.
Kadda Schale installed the 2023-2024 officers: Ann Franklin, President; Lynne Moore, Vice-President; Micki Hicks, Recording Secretary; Jenifer Richards, Corresponding Secretary; Debra Howell, Treasurer; Lisa Crossman, Sandra McKinney, and Chris Stillwagon, Directors; Myrna Orr, Parliamentarian
Ann Franklin, newly installed president, announced her theme, “Reach for the Stars” and set a goal of six new members.
