Altrusa International of Pampa, Texas, Inc. met on March 8, 2022, with president, Sheila Winton presiding. Kerrick Horton and Kadda Schale served as greeters.
Kadda Schale presented the Accent reading an article, “All I Needed to Know About Altrusa I Learned from Noah’s Ark”. The article compared Altrusa membership to preparing for Noah’s Ark which concluded with the statement, “The Altrusa Club will stay afloat if we amateurs keep our focus on what needs to be done.”
Board Actions and Recommendations
The Board approved Paulette Landry’s application for membership.
Members were reminded of District Conference to be held April 29 through May 1 at the Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel in Georgetown, TX. Registration Deadline is March 31. Members were encouraged to attend the conference.
