Municipal Court is closed to the public but will still have staff taking phone calls at 806-669-5785 to answer questions. Persons can make payment on the city website at www.cityofpampa.org. Follow the links at Online Payments, then Municipal Court. We are also during this time TEMPORARILY taking credit card payments over the phone, if you are able to give the correct information. You may also send payments by mail to: Municipal Court, PO Box 2499, Pampa, Tx 79066 or they may put their payment in an envelope clearly marked COURT and place in the drive-thru night drop at City Hall.

• City Water Utility Payment will NOT be cutting off water due to non-payment at this time. Staff will still be available to take payment if you are able to do so. It should be noted that any outstanding balance on a water bill is still due, but water service will NOT be disconnected due to nonpayment until the coronavirus situation is resolved. We can now take payment over the phone and there is no charge for this service. The $1 fee for online payment is a system issue we cannot remove at the time which is why we now offer the free phone service. For questions or for payment contact the water office at 806-669-5810.

• Pampa Police Department would like you to be aware that if you need to make a report and are not comfortable with someone coming to your location, they can take a report over the phone. However, if it requires gathering of evidence or taking photos someone will have to come to your location. You can contact the Pampa Police Department at 806-669-5700 and obviously if an emergency please do not hesitate to call 911.

As we seem to say daily, we will keep you posted with this ongoing situation. We appreciate your patience in these times.
