Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Colleen’s service will be livestreamed thru the funeral home’s website.

Colleen was born on March 16, 1928, in Webb City, OK. She later moved to Pampa where she attended school and graduated from Pampa High School in 1946. Colleen would later meet Billy Neal and they married on February 11, 1950, in Pampa. They shared 65 years of marriage before Billy preceded her in death in 2015. After graduation, she entered the work force and went to work for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company starting as an operator. She was promoted to the front office and retired in 1981, after 35 years of service

In her and her husband’s younger years they spent a lot of time together traveling to Billy’s rodeo competitions. She liked to watch the Dallas Mavericks and western movies with El Dorado being her favorite. Colleen was a very involved grandmother and great-grandmother. She attended every dance recital for three-generations. Colleen and her grandchildren also had a tradition of always watching the Wizard of Oz and White Christmas. Above all, she will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and servant of her Lord.

Colleen was preceded in death by her parents, G.W. and Dorothy Voyles; and by her husband.

Colleen’s survivors include her daughter, Cindy Kemph and husband Doug of Pampa; two granddaughters, Brandy Kemph and husband Craig Cherry of Woodway, and Britany Muniz and husband Ray of Canyon; a great-granddaughter, Jorden of Canyon; and other extended family.

The family would like to thank Colleen’s family of caregivers who treated her with much love, compassion, and respect: Tonya, Brittany, Joyce, Rosie, Shelby, Jessica, Melissa, Damiana, Kelly, Michelle, Jamie, Carla, & Victoria.

A special thank you to Interim Hospice and Derrell Deloach.
