The Gray County Commissioners Court will meet at 9 a.m. on Tuesday morning.
After the opening formalities and an opportunity for citizens to be heard, the Commissioners will dive into their agenda on the following items:
• Consider minutes of the previous meeting
• Pay Bills as Approved by the County Auditor
• Consider Line-Item Transfers
• Consider Budget Amendments
• Accept County Treasurer’s Report
• Accept County Clerk’s Report
• Consider Interlocal Agreement’s with the City of Lefors for Assistance with Municipal Controlled Burns and Road Maintenance
• Consider Request from Paul Lloyd to Request Funds from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act
• Consider Resolution Ordering a Constitutional Election on May 7, 2022, and Consolidation of Precincts for that Election
• Consider Replacement of Tornado Sirens at Cole Edition and Walnut Creek through ARPA Funds
• Consider Reimbursement to the Office of the Governor of $7500 for a Grant for Prescription Medicine and Inmate Mental Health Services in 2020 for the Gray County Sheriff’s Department with Unfulfilled Terms
• Consider Cooperative Agreement between Gray County and Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Service
• Consider Reimbursement of $5,210.69 to a Private Citizen for Overpayment of Taxes
• Accept CLE Training Credits from the County Treasurer and Commissioner Baggerman and Commissioner Arrington
• Consider Extending the County Burn Ban
