The following cases were filed in the 223rd District Court of Gray County, Texas last week.
• In a judgment adjudicating guilt, Jerry Lane Stegall was sentenced to 12 months of state jail division of Department of Criminal Justice for possession of a controlled substance less than one gram. Stegall had two filings on similar charges.
• In an order of deferred adjudication, Kathy Dianne Edwards was placed on two years of community supervision for assault on a public servant.
• In a judgment revoking community supervision, Alexandra Renae Gutierrez was sentenced to three years confinement institutional division for assault on a family/household member with a previous conviction.
• In a judgment of conviction by the court, Robert James Richard was sentenced to three years institutional division for failure to comply with a sex offender’s duty to register.
