District Court sentencings

The following cases were filed in the 223rd Judicial District Court of Texas:

• In a judgment revoking community supervision, Jimmie Charles Johnson was sentenced to three years of confinement institutional division in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams. Johnson had two cases filed with these terms.

• In a judgment of conviction by the court, Rodney Allen Tapp was sentenced to four years institutional division for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram.

• In a judgment of conviction by the court, Marquez Manuel James was sentenced to two years state jail division Texas Department of Criminal Justice for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram.

• In a judgment of conviction by the court, Richard Dean Kidwell was sentenced to 10 years institutional division for continuous violence against the family.
