District court sentencings

The following cases were filed in the 223rd judicial court:

• In a judgment adjudicating guilt, Michael Terrell Williams (Michael Terrel Williams) was sentenced to two years institutional division for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams.

• In a judgment adjudicating guilt, Benito Nicholas Martinez was sentenced to three years institutional division of TDCJ for assault on a public servant. Martinez was also sentenced to nine months of state jail division for evading arrest/detention with a previous conviction.

• In an order of deferred adjudication, Fred Scott Beverage was sentenced to four years of community supervision for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram.

• In an judgment of conviction by the court, Vincen Allen Mentel was sentenced to five years institutional division of TDCJ for failure to comply with sex offenders duty to register for life.

• In an order of deferred adjudication, Anissa Renee Bustillos was placed on community supervision for five years for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to four grams and less than 200 grams.

• In a judgment of conviction by the court, Jerry James Wayne was sentenced to two years institutional division for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams.

• In a judgment of conviction by the court, Wyatt Lee Epperson was sentenced to seven years institutional division for aggravated sexual assault of a child. Epperson was also sentenced to seven years institutional division for indecency with a child- sexual contact.
