Drive 4 Avery Fundraiser set up to aid Boling family

Drive 4 Avery is raising money for each mile driven from coast to coast by Brandie Wallin.

While driving loads in her 18-wheeler all across the United States, Wallin would like to raise money for Avery Boling and her family.

Boling, 18, will have a long haul in her recovery after being severely injured in a car accident in Pampa on Oct. 29, 2021. Boling then airlifted to Lubbock where she is recovering with her parents, Crystal and Ricky Boling.

Wallin, would like to take the opportunity from her long hauls, and raise a dollar for each mile she travels in her 18-wheeler, sponsored by Rocket T. Wallin is also decorating her truck with lights for Avery’s recovery.

“Every step Avery takes forward in her recovery, I add a green light to the truck,” Wallin said. “This family is going to be financially affected by this in a huge way. Anything I can do to help, I want to do it. Generally I post where I’m going and every trip with how many miles I’m going. A trip to New Jersey I took recently was 1,642 for that one trip. If I could get everybody to donate one mile for her [it would go a long way].”

Containers were put out just before the long Thanksgiving weekend at Easy’s Pop Shop (729 N. Hobart), Bartlett’s Lumber and Hardware (500 W. Brown), Finley’s Fountain (114 N. Cuyler) and First National Bank in Walmart (2801 N. Charles).

Wallin is currently in Pampa, waiting on her truck to be repaired from an accident with a deer and hopes to be back on the road Wednesday. Wallin will also be driving in the Christmas Parade on Dec. 10 and is seeking sponsors to be put on the banner.

“We will put the sponsors on the ‘Drive 4 Avery’ banner on the truck in the parade,” Wallin said. “I’m just doing everything and anything I can to help this family. They are like family to me. Me and [Crystal] have been friends since we were babies and grew up together. Every step forward that God leads us we will follow.”
