El Asador de Tito: Offering authentic Mexican food

Posted

El Asador de Tito opened one year ago at their location at 725 W. Brown in Pampa. The restaurant occupies a building with Palateria Oasis & Botanas Mexicanas (which offers desserts, snacks and ice cream), both of which are owned by Mireya Pacheco.

El Asador offers authentic, Chihuhua-style Mexican food including gorditas, tacos, burritos, enchiladas, and Pacheco’s favorite, asada tacos.

“You can taste the flavor like it is back at home in Chihuahua,” Pacheco said. “Sometimes food from the north side of Mexico and the south side of Mexico tastes different, ours is from Chihuahua, which is on the north side. All of our food is authentic and made from scratch.

El Asador employs five staff members and includes both family packs and breakfast meals.

El Asador de Tito is open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays.
