Flogistix finishes second in 11-12 league

The Flogistix Red Sox 11/12 team completed their season by defeating the league champions, Glo-Valve in their only loss of the season. Beginning the season with four losses out of five games played, the Red Sox were able to regroup and finish strong with six straight wins. Leading hitters for the team were Cruise Godino and Landry Crawford.  Crawford pitched a ‘perfect game’ against the Phillies with a win of 16-0. Godino and Connor Turner combined for a no hitter this season. The Red Sox consisted of Caison Brown, Chowder Howell, Kole Hartman, Connor Turner and Nathaniel Briones playing the infield most of the season. Madden Campos, Owen Haynes, Brayden Craig and Duke Bolin rounded out the outfield. Godino and Crawford primarily worked opposite each other at pitcher and catcher. The Red Sox completed the season in second place finishing 7-4 overall.
