Gray County Commissioners Court to meet today

The Gray County Commissioners Court will meet for a regularly-scheduled meeting on Tuesday morning at 9 a.m. at the Gray County Courthouse in the Second-Floor Courtroom.

After the opening formalities, there will be a public hearing held in consideration of a request by a private citizen to close aportion of County Road 9, beginning atNW/4 of Section 91 Blk B-2, H&GN Survey and ending at SE/4 of Section 91 Blk B-2 H&GN Survey. Any citizen may use this time to speak for or against this specific request only. Any comments will be limited to 3 minutes per citizen.

After an opportunity for citizens to be heard not concerning the public hearing, the following items are on the agenda:

• Consider minutes of the previous meeting.

• Pay Bills as Approved by the County Auditor

• Consider Line Item Transfers

• Consider Budget Amendments

• Consider Request by Scott and Vance Vanderburg to Close a Portion of County Road 9

• Consider Contract with CTC for Jail Phones and Commissary

• Accept Gray County Sheriffs Office Racial Profiling Report

• Update on Perry Lefors Airport with Paul Lloyd

• Consider Extending Pampa Youth and Community Center Membership Program

• Consider Enrollment with TAC for Cyber Security Training for All Employees with Access to Internet and Data Systems

• Consider Participation in Opioid Settlements on the Texas Term Sheet

• Consider Replacement of Employee in the Gray County Tax Assessor and Collector’s Office

• Consider Removal of Connie Schindler from the Happy State Bank Account for the Tax Assessor and Collector’s Office

• Consider Resolution for the Indigent Defense Grant from the State of Texas

• Consider Extending Covid 19 Emergency Declaration
