The following indictments were handed down by the Gray County Grand Jury of the 223rd Judicial District Court for said County:
• Gary Wayne Teakell, 36, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to four grams and less than 200 grams. A second-degree enhancement with a bond set at $45,000.
• Pedro Arturo Castillo, 27, was indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. A second-degree enhancement with a bond set at $50,000. Castillo had two charges for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Castillo also had a charge for deadly conduct with discharge of a firearm. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $50,000. Castillo also had a charge for theft of a firearm, a state-jail penalty with a bond set at $50,000.
• Justin Alan Long, 46, was indicted for burglary of a building, a state-jail penalty with a bond set at $10,000.
• Patrick Noel Lopez, 48, was indicted for evading arrest/detention with a previous conviction. A state-jail penalty with a bond set at $10,000.
• Jason Lee McKenney, 36, was indicted for aggravated kidnapping with a deadly weapon. A first-degree penalty with a minimum 15-year enhancement and a bond set at $250,000. McKenney was also indicted three times for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree penalty with a first-degree enhancement with a bond set at $250,000.
• Billy Bob Stowers, 36, was indicted for burglary of a building. A state-jail penalty with a bond set at $10,000.
