Gray County indictments

The following indictments were handed down by the Gray County Grand Jury on Oct. 22:

• Fred Scott Beverage, 40, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail indictment with a third enhancement and a bond set at $25,000.

• Timothy Michael Knoop, 33, was indicted for assault to family/household member with a previous conviction. A third degree-penalty with a second enhancement and a bond set at $100,000.

• Sean Patrick McMahon, 45, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail penalty with a bond set at $5,000. McMahon was also indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group two greater than/equal to four grams and less than 400 grams.

• Arthur Frank Murphy, 60, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams.

• James Lyn Reyna, 44, was indicted for terroristic threat implied on a public servant/public fear of severe bodily injury/influence. A third-degree penalty and a bond set at $100,000.

• Jerry Neal Riggs, 56, was indicted for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to four grams and less than 200 grams. A first-degree penalty with a habitual enhancement and a bond set at $100,000.

• Tomas Margarito Rojas, 39, was indicted for interference with a police service animal (killing). A second-degree penalty with a bond set at $250,000.

• Juan Jose Silva, 19, was indicted for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.

• William Donald Stanley, 52, was indicted for theft of a firearm enhanced. A third-degree penalty with a second enhancement and a bond set at $25,000. Stanley was also indicted for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle, a third-degree penalty with a second enhancement and a bond set at $20,000.

• Samuel Tyler Steward, 33, was indicted for possession of marijuana greater than five pounds and less than/equal to 50 pounds. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $9,000.

• Jesus Maria Velasquez, Jr., 51, was indicted for assault of a family/household member with a previous conviction. A third-degree penalty with a minimum 25 years enhancement and a bond set at $100,000.
