Gray County Indictments

The following indictments were handed down by the 31st District Court recently:

• Sandra Kay Bowen, 54, was indicted for prohibited substance in a correction/civil community facility. A third-degree penalty with a second enhancement and a bond of $20,000. Bowen was also indicted for driving while intoxicated third or more. A third-degree penalty with a second enhancement with a bond set at $20,000.

• Devon Wayne Guy, 22, was indicted for injury to child/elderly/disabled with intent of sever bodily/mental injury. A first-degree penalty with a bond set at $500,000. Guy was also indicted for aggravated assault to cause serious bodily injury. A second-degree penalty and a bond set at $500,000. Guy was also indicted for assault on a public servant. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $500,000.

• Heath Alan Keeton, 38, was indicted for injury to a child/elderly/disabled with intent to bodily injury. A third-degree penalty with a second enhancement and a bond set at $20,000.

• Nikki Marcum, 32, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail penalty with a third enhancement and a bond set at $15,000.

• Gordan Wade Ragan, 24, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail penalty with a third enhancement and bond set at $15,000.

• Coralene Jean Harris Ramirez, 51, was indicted for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle. A third-degree penalty with a second enhancement and a bond set at $20,000.

• Vanessa Nicole Rivera, 28, was indicted for theft of property greater than/equal to $2,500 and less than $30,000. A state jail penalty with a bond set at $12,500. Rivera was also indicted for tamper/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair the investigation. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.

• Norman William Rodgers, 29, was indicted for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle. A third-degree penalty with a second enhancement and bond set at $20,000.

• Ashly Marie Rodriguez, 32, was indicted for injury to child/elderly/disabled with intent of severe/mental bodily injury. A first-degree penalty with a bond set at $250,000. Rodriguez had three charges for this.

• Bobby Joe Sanchez, 30, was indicted for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams. Sanchez was also indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to four grams and less than 200 grams. Both of these charges come with a bond of $25,000.

• Benjamin Shook, 41, was indicted for tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair. A third-degree penalty with a second enhancement and a bond set at $20,000. Shook was also indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail penalty with a third enhancement with a bond set at $15,000.

• Ira Lee Smith, 61, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to four grams and less than 200 grams. A second-degree penalty with a habitual enhancement and a bond set at $25,000.
