Gray County Indictments

The following indictments were filed with the 31st Judicial District Court of Gray County:

• Royce Clay Adams, 57, was indicted for aggravated sexual assault of a child, a first-degree penalty enhanced with a minimum of 15 years and a bond set at $250,000.

• Matthew Riley Archibald, 43, was indicted for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to four grams and less than 200 grams. A first-degree penalty with a habitual enhancement (minimum 25 years) and a bond set at $50,000.

• Sean Andrew Bauer, 33, was indicted for criminal mischief greater than/equal to $2,500 and less than $30,000, a state jail penalty with a bond set at $12,500.

• Brandie Nichole Brady, 36, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams.

• Ulysses Javier Chavez Campos, 23, was indicted for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram, a state-jail penalty with a bond set at $50,000.

• Tyler Copenhaver, 20, was indicted fro criminal mischief greater than/equal to $2,500 and less than $30,000. A state-jail penalty with a bond set at $12,500.

• Corina Adrianna Guzman, 26, was indicted for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to four grams and less than 200 grams (x2), a first-degree penalty with a bond set at $20,000. Guzman was also indicted for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon; a third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000. Guzman was also indicted for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams; a second-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.

• Bobbie Dillon Pierce, 29, was indicted for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than 200 grams; a first-degree penalty with a bond set at $20,000.

• Zachary Wade Skinner, 35, was indicted for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams; a second-degree penalty with a habitual enhancement and a bond set at $50,000.

• Gary Wayne Teakell, 35, was indicted for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to four grams and less than 200 grams; a first-degree penalty with a bond set at $20,000 (x2).

• John L. Williams, Jr., 35, was indicted for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram in a drug-free zone IAT; a third-degree penalty with a second enhancement and a bond set at $20,000. Williams was also indicted for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon; a third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.
