Gray County Indictments

The following indictments were handed down by the 22rd Judicial District Court:

• Alejandro Aquino, 38, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.

• Karli Jo Argo, 34, was indicted for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams. A second-degree penalty with a bond set at $20,000.

• Kristy Gayle Balay, 44, was indicted for injury to child/elderly/disabled/criminal negligence. A state-jail offense with a bond set at $75,000. Balay was also indicted for assault to family/house member impeding breath/circulation. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $100,000.

• James Michael Brown, 47, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail penalty with a third enhancement  and a bond set at $25,000.

• Robert Stanley Bruening, 39, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail penalty with a bond set at $10,000.

• Noel Bustillos, 36, was indicted for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to four grams and less than 200 grams. A first-degree penalty with a bond set at $75,000.

• Schuyler Bond Danner, 36, was indicted for tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair the investigation. A third-degree penalty with a second enhancement and a bond set at $100,000. Danner was also indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail offense with a second enhancement and a bond set at $10,000. Danner was also indicted for unauthorized use of a motor-vehicle. A state-jail offense with a second enhancement and a bond set at $75,000.

• Sara Ann Duraso, 63, was indicted for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail offense with a bond set at $20,000.

• Zackary Brady Estep, 32, was indicted for robbery. A second-degree penalty with a bond set at $75,000.

• Karl Gene Eubanks, 62, was indicted for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to four grams and less than 200 grams. A first-degree penalty with a habitual enhancement and a bond set at $1 million. Eubanks was also indicted for continuous trafficking of persons. A first-degree penalty with a habitual enhancement and bond denied.

• Roman Lynn Goldsmith, 33, was indicted for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.

• Ray Lynn Green, 47, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail offense with a bond set at $10,000.

• Benjamin Samuel Griffin, 29, was indicted for robbery. A second-degree penalty with a first enhancement and a bond set at $75,000.

• Samuel Gutierrez, 33, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail offense with a bond set at $10,000.

• Mihai Iorga, 64, was indicted for theft of property greater than/equal to $2,500 and less than $30,000. A state-jail penalty with a bond set at $10,000.

• Freddric Antonio Jackson, 43, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail offense with a second enhancement and a bond set at $50,000. Jackson was also indicted for burglary of a habitation with intent to commit other felony. A first-degree offense with a habitual enhancement and bond set at $100,000.

• Jamie Teresa Jackson, 44, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram/ A state-jail offense with a third enhancement and bond set at $15,000.

• Tanisha Christine Joslyn, 35, was indicted for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. A third-degree enhancement with a bond set at $15,000. 

• Colton Thomas Kelley, 19, was indicted for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle. A third-degree offense with a bond set at $15,000.

• John Joseph Mathis, 43, was indicted for burglary of a building. A state-jail offense with a bond set at $10,000.

• Austin Chase McCarthy, 34, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail offense with a bond set at $10,000. McCarthy was also indicted for theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions. A state-jail offense with a bond set at $10,000.

• Phaedra Annette McWhorter, 50, was indicted for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams. A second-degree penalty with a bond set at $50,000.

• Richard Keith Odell, Jr., 54, was indicted for indecency with a child exposures. A third-degree penalty with a second enhancement and a bond set at $1 million. Odell had two charges of the same penalty and bond.

• Jose Ray Palacios, 43, was indicted for robbery. A second-degree penalty with a first enhancement and a bond set at $75,000.

• Aileni Pavel, 68, was indicted for theft of property greater than/equal to $2,500 and less than $30,000. A state-jail penalty with a bond set at $10,000.

• Timothy Lee Payne, 39, was indicted for theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions. A state-jail penalty with a third enhancement and a bond set at $15,000.

• Eduardo Pepi, 23, was indicted for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.

• Jessie Richard Salley, 35, was indicted for credit/debit card abuse. A state-jail penalty with a second enhancement and a bond set at $50,000. Salley was also indicted for theft of property greater than $750 and less than $2,500 enhanced. A state-jail penalty with a second enhancement and a bond set at $50,000.

• Brittanie Deborah Tambunga, 31, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams. A third-degree penalty with a second enhancement and a bond set at $25,000.

• Belinda Vasquez, 52, was indicted for theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions. A state-jail offense with a bond set at $10,000.

• Dustin Sean Wood, 21, was indicted for online solicitation of a minor. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $200,000.

• Jacob Guy Wood, 25, was indicted for unauthorized use of a motor-vehicle. A state-jail offense with a bond set at $10,000.

• Michael Joe Ward, 32, was indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. A second-degree penalty with a habitual enhancement and a bond set at $500,000. Ward had two charges with of this nature.
