Gray County Sheriff Arrested on Abuse of Official Capacity

Sunday, July 4th

• Tracy Dylan Cain, 30, Pampa, was arrested by the Pampa Police Department on money laundering, greater than $2,500 but less than $30,000; unlawful carrying of a weapon; possession of a dangerous drug; and running a stop sign.

• Julian Reece Clement, 29, Borger, was arrested by the Gray County Sherriff’s Office for driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age, third or more IAT.

Monday, July 5th

• Bobby Ray Helm, 32, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for public intoxication and failure to appear/bail jumping.

• Miles Markley, 28, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for criminal trespassing.

• James Selvidge, 56, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for assault causing bodily injury to a family member and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tuesday, July 6th

• Jordan Perez, 21, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for warrants of spinning tires and driving while license suspended.

• Joseph Wilson, 33, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for criminal trespassing.

• Cole Hunter Chumbley, 28, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for failure to maintain financial responsibility.

• Michael Lamond Ryan, 46, Pampa, was arrested by GCSO for abuse of an official capacity.

Wednesday, July 7th

• Shyann Marie Wilkinson, 24, Pampa, was arrested by GCSO for driving while intoxicated.
