Heliodoro Sanchez, 65, passed away on Friday, January 14, 2022, in Amarillo, TX.
Rosary will be at 6:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 19, 2022, in the Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel. The funeral service will be Noon, Thursday, January 20, 2022, in the Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel. Burial will be at Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Mr. Sanchez was born, April 12, 1956, in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico to Jose and Guadalupe Talavera Sanchez.
He married Carolina Rico in 1976 and from this marriage they were blessed with three children, two sons and one daughter. Their family later established their home in Pampa, TX. Mr. Sanchez worked for Mundy Company for 14 years, then went on to work in road construction with his two sons and most recently worked for Tyson for 23 years before his retirement.
Heliodoro was preceded by his parents, two brothers, and two sisters.
He is survived by his children, Daniel Sanchez and wife Veronica of Amarillo, TX; David Sanchez and wife Dalila of Mexico; and his only daughter, Crystal Arreola and husband David, Pampa, TX; grandchildren, Freddie, Maritza, Daniel, and Adrian Sanchez, Amarillo, TX; Ryan, Isaih, and JD Arreola, Pampa, TX, Colby Arreola of Ft. Mohave, AZ; the mother of his children, Carolina Sanchez, Pampa, TX; three sisters, Lupita, Gloria, and Irma all of Mexico; and a special person, Rosa Sanchez, Amarillo, TX.
