The following cases were filed in the 31st District Court for Hemphill County:
• Timmothy Richard House, 20, was indicted for indecency with a child-exposure. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $200,000. House was also indicted for aggravated sexual assault of disabled individual. A first-degree penalty with a bond set at $300,000. House was also indicted for continuous sexual abuse of a child- victim under 14. A first-degree penalty with a bond set at $500,000.
• Simon Juan-Pedro Pedro, 19, was indicted for smuggling of persons. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.
