Jerry Larson, 78, Roanoke, Texas, passed away on Jan. 31 at 10:08 a.m..

Larson was born on Oct. 6, 1942 to his late parents Herbert and RoseMary Larson. He married his wife, Donna, on March 25, 1977 in Pampa.
Jerry grew up in Houston and then moved to Pampa in the early 1970s with Baroid. He then went to work for Munday Corporation in 1987 till he and Donna moved to Dallas in 1999 where he worked for Newmark Homes until he retired in 2009. He was a loving husband and amazing father. He loved sports and was an avid golfer who cherished his time at Pampa Country Club. He also coached his son’s baseball team until he got to high school.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Jane Larson.
He is survived by his wife, Donna, Roanoke; his son, August Larson (wife Laurie Larson of Trophy Club, Texas); son, Bobby Burrows of Tomball, Texas; a brother-in-law, Ben Ramsey in Houston; grandchildren, Reagan and Reid Larson; Brant Dasheiff and wife Barbara Dasheiff; Taylor Burrows and great-grandchild, Alaine Dasheiff.
