On May 3, 2025, John Paul Smith, 67, went to be with Jesus and family whom went before us.
John Paul Smith was born to Elmer J.C. Smith and Martha Ellis on July 1, 1957.
John was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Jesse Smith and Joseph Smith; grandmother Caddo Burris and grandpa Richard H. Ellis.
Survivors include a Special Jewel Tanner; son John Ellis; granddaughter Nakita Ellis; two special nephews, Scott Rider and Eli Green; three brothers, Jimmy Smith and wife Bonnie of Amarillo, TX, Jacky Smith, and David Dykes and wife Rita of Wichita Falls; three sisters, Mary Rider and husband Don of Sandia, TX, Alma Lewis, Gloria Green and husband Nicky of Pampa, and many more family, nieces and nephews.
