Kaysi was born January 23, 1979 in Pampa to Raymond and Debbie Douglas. She graduated from Pampa High School in 1997 and attended Clarendon College and Amarillo College. Growing up she was involved in rodeo, dance, talent competitions, piano, voice, and competed in pageants all across the country. Kaysi has been on tv commercials and she modeled. Kaysi’s signature style was cheetah print and Louis Vuitton, and she was meticulous about everything; even if it meant cleaning 5 or 6 times to make it perfect. Kaysi dressed beautifully and wore as much bling as possible. She had an outgoing personality, and everyone knew that it was “her way or the highway”. Kaysi loved her family fiercely and loved family traditions. Her kids were her life as she loved them so much. She supported them in everything they participated in including rodeo, basketball, and football. She was a take control person who loved to tell people what to do. She always planned ahead and went above and beyond to get things taken care of, even during her sickness. Kaysi owned and operated Douglas Paint & Body and Douglas Tow & Recovery. She was a longtime member of Fellowship Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Bob and Helen Douglas, Randy Slavick, Tom Lamar; 2 cousins, Douglas Odell and R.J. Douglas.
