Coming off a tough loss to the Hereford Lady Whitefaces, the Lady Harvesters made the trip up north to Perryton Saturday to take on the Rangerettes in a district 4-4A match.
Pampa took an early lead in the first set, but Perryton kept it close until the end, Pampa finally pulling away for a 25-23 win. The second set was all Pampa from the start and they would notch a 25-15 win. The third set was much the same, as Pampa came out hot and would pull away for a 25-15 win.
Pampa 16-12 overall moved to 2-3 in district 4-4A play. Perryton, 6-20 overall, fell to 0-5 in district play.
Maecie Hawthorne registered a double double with 12 kills and 12 assists. Emma Perry had 19 assists and three aces, while Karina Gonzalez added 10 kills for the Lady Harvesters.
In other district play, Randall surprised West Plains in 4 sets (25-13, 19-25, 25-17, 25-15). Canyon defeated Dumas in 4 sets (16-25, 25-23, 25-22, 25-20) and Hereford defeated Borger in 3 sets (25-9, 25-18, 25-17).

This week Pampa will host Randall on Tuesday and then travel to Dumas on Saturday at noon. The top 4 teams will advance to playoffs.
