Lois Rogers, 82, of Pampa passed away on November 11, 2020 in Pampa.

Private family graveside service will be Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at Memory Gardens Mausoleum with Rev. Norman Rushing, pastor of Central Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Lois was born May 21, 1938 in Liberal, Kansas to Elmer and Nellie Phillips. She graduated from Eureka High School in Bakersburg, Oklahoma in 1956. She was an excellent basketball player while in high school. After graduation, Lois attended Draughon’s Business College in Lubbock. On June 2, 1957 she married Ron Rogers, they just celebrated 62 years of marriage. They moved to Pampa in 1962 where she became a wonderful homemaker, taking care of their 3 children and helping Ron with his business books. She was a long-time member of Central Baptist Church. Lois was an avid bowler and a wonderful cook. She loved to cook for her family anytime they could all be together. Her family was so important to her and being NeNe to her grandchildren was dear to her.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Becci Crain; 3 sisters, Joyce Smith, Betty Ball, and Norma Bessier.

Survivors include her husband Ron, of the home; son, Brent Rogers and wife Joni of Pampa; daughter, Carla Hermes and husband Mike of The Colony; sister, Phyliss Steger of Moore, Oklahoma; 4 grandchildren, Maegan Richards and husband Zed, Casey Crain and wife Amy all of Pampa, Lauren Hermes and Ron Hermes both of The Colony; 3 great grandchildren, Grant Richards, Olivia Richards, and Madison Crain.
