Loughmiller sentenced to 15 years for sexual assault of a child

Michael Andrew Loughmiller was sentenced to 15 years in the institutional division of Texas Department of Criminal Justice for separate charges of indecency with a child- sexual contact, sexual assault of a child and sexual assault.

The sentencing, which was filed in the 223rd District Court of Gray County Texas, was a judgment of conviction by the court-waiver of a jury trial and the punishment aligned with the terms of a filed plea bargain.

Loughmiller was an area youth pastor.
