Margaret was born in Pampa, Texas on February 4, 1944, to Robert and Jessie Burns.

On July 30, 1966, she married Randy.

They moved to College Station, Texas, where she taught elementary school in Bryan ISD for two years.

After the birth of her children, she became a dedicated homemaker.

Margaret had a way of making everyone near her feel special.

She loved her family and friends and enjoyed spending time with them.

When her grandkids were little, she could frequently be found ankle deep in the pond in her backyard trying to catch fish with them.

She loved studying the Bible with her friends, and her Christian faith was at the core of all she did. Her love and care for others led her family to continue to grow over the years.

She leaves a legacy of love, kindness, genuine concern for others, and generosity that is an inspiration to us all.

She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, neighbors, and all who knew her.

A celebration of life and family visitation is scheduled for 4:00 pm on June 15th at the A&M Church of Christ, 2475 Earl Rudder Fwy S., College Station, Texas 77845.
