Funeral service for Mary Miller, age 85, of Emory, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at Wilson-Orwosky Chapel in Emory, Texas. Visitation will be held one hour prior.
Mary Esther Edmonds Miller was born on June 6, 1936. She was the youngest child of William Edmonds and Ola Madera Edmonds in Red River County, TX. Mary was married to Floyd Miller in Clayton, NM on November 25, 1950.
Mary was a member of Miracle Faith Baptist Church, and she was a teacher in the State of Texas for 27 years.
Mary and Floyd had 3 children, David, Rhonda, and Vickie; 6 grandchildren, David, Tiffany, Ronny, Michael, Kevin, and Kimberly; 8 great-grandchildren; 3 great great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
She is survived by one sister, Sue Wilks, in Cisco, TX.
She is preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers; 3 sisters; her husband and one daughter.
