Mary Parelee Winton, 85, of Pampa passed away on Monday, June 7, 2021 in Pampa.

Services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel with Pastor Terry Simmons, nephew and pastor of First Baptist Church of Cotton Center, officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Mary was born November 26, 1935 in Weatherford, Oklahoma to J.W. and Nancie Condo. She was a lifelong resident of Pampa graduating from Pampa High School in 1954. She married Gib Winton on July 5, 1957 in Pampa. Mary worked as a bookkeeper for several business in Pampa such as Cabot, Montgomery Wards, Lee-Way, and Atmos Energy. She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church and a member of Opti-Mrs. Mary had a deep love for her family and enjoyed having family gatherings. She loved traveling and going to the lake fishing and camping. Mary was always supporting her grandkids in all their events. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Sam Condo.

Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Gib Winton of the home; son, Joe Winton and partner DeNelda Burke of Pampa; daughter, Kandy Dull and husband Allen of Pampa; sister, Doris Mims of Vernon; sister-in-law, Brenda Condo of Pampa; She was “MawMaw” to her grandchildren, Shanda Winton, Ashley Pratt and husband Dustin, Miles Winton, Collin Dull, and MacKenzie Dull and boyfriend Mark Marrufo; great grandchildren, Stella Thompson, Jessie Thompson, Cash Pratt, Reed Pratt, and Lincoln Winton; plus numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Gib will be at Kandy and Allen’s home for friends to stop by.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
