• Alexandra Gutierrez, 24, Pampa, was arrested Sunday by Gray County Sheriff’s Office for capias pro fine failure to maintain financial responsibility, theft of property greater than $100 less than $750.
• Steven Ray Harris, 47, Pampa, was arrested Sunday by PPD for capias pro fine no drivers license.
• Sherri Anette Driscoll, 52, Midwest City, Okla., was arrested Sunday by GCSO for driving while intoxicated 3rd or more.
• Veronica Lucio’ Carmona, 35, Oklahoma City, was arrested Sunday by GCSO for driving while intoxicated.
