• Seslee Griffin, 26, Borger, was arrested by Pampa Police Department for failure to identify fugitive with intent to give false information, Carson County Warrant- Bond Surrender- unauthorized use of a motor-vehicle and capias pro fine- theft under $100.
Thursday, Dec. 30
• Scott Baker, 58, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than one gram and less than four grams and a blue warrant.
• Samuel Smith, 26, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for a terroristic threat to a family/household member, interference with emergency request for assistances, warrant of arrest- expired operator’s license and warrant of arrest- disregarding a police officer.
