• Ashley Downhour, 21, Pampa, was arrested by Pampa Police Department for assault to cause bodily injury to a family member.
• Leobardo Gutierrez Madrid, 45, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for driving while license suspended, failure to maintain financial responsibility.
Wednesday, Sept. 22
• Kenneth Scarborough, 53, Pampa, was arrested by PPD on a Pampa Municipal Warrant- driving while license invalid.
• Anson Mulligan, 33, Pampa, was arrested by PPD on a warrant- driving while intoxicated.
