One arrested for assault on a public servant

Thursday, Nov. 19

• Randall Jack Hatcher, 30, Shamrock, was arrested by Pampa Police Department for forgery of a financial instrument.

• Luis Andrez Cano, 36, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

• James Michael Brown, 46, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for driving while license suspended, display expired registration and failure to maintain financial responsibility.

Friday, Nov. 20

• Richard Dean Kidwell, 32, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for continuous violence against the family, assault to cause bodily injury to a family member, driving while license invalid, open container, possession of drug paraphernalia, no driver’s license, no valid driver’s license, failure to maintain financial responsibility and operating a vehicle without registration/insignia.

• Christopher Lynn Steward, 50, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for driving while intoxicated.

• Desiree Marie Jenkins, 38, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for assault to cause family violence and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sunday, Nov. 22

• Devon Wayne Guy, 24, Pampa, was arrested by Gray County Sheriff’s Office for two counts of assault on a public servant.
