• Lacey Marie Scott, 35, of Pampa, was arrested by GCSO for possession of a controlled substance greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams.
• Joel Almaraz, Jr., 34, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, tampering/fabricating physical evidence, and instanter for possession of drug paraphernalia.
