• Josh Kade Seymour, 34, Pampa, was arrested by Pampa Police Department for unlawful restraint assault to cause bodily injury to a family member.
• Laura Katherine Pulse, 33, Amarillo, was arrested by Gray County Sheriff’s Office for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams.
• Joshua Steven Urban, 35, Pampa, was arrested by GCSO for failure to stop at a red light.

• Jack Alexander Floyd, 49, Pampa, was arrested by GCSO for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to four grams and less than 200 grams.
Sunday, April 11
• Cosme Herrera Segovia, 51, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for deadly conduct.
