• Jason Lee McKinney, 35, Pampa, was arrested by Gray County Sheriff’s Office for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Victor Hugo Arizpe, 29, Pampa, was arrested by Pampa Police Department on a warrant in Brazoria Co.- Reckless Driving.
• Jose Reyes, 17, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle (x2).
