• Bobby Ray Helm, 32, Pampa, was arrested by Pampa Police Department for public intoxication and failure to appear- bail jumping.
• Jason Robert Wilson, 38, Viola, Ark. was arrested by Texas DPS for possession of controlled substance penalty group two greater than/equal to four grams and less than 400 grams, possession of marijuana greater than four ounces and less than/equal five pounds.
