One arrested for theft of service

Wednesday, May 18

• Zachary Lee Mears, 42, Pampa, was arrested by Pampa Police Department for failure to identify fugitive from justice- refuse to give, blue warrant- parole violation and bond surrender- failure to appear.

• Gordon Wade Ragan, 25, Pampa, was arrested by PPD on a blue warrant and evading arrest/detention.

• Jo Ann Garcia, 46, Borger, was arrested by Gray County Sheriff’s Office for theft of service greater than/equal to $750 and less than $2,500.

• Ricky Wayne Jennings, 66, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for assault to cause bodily injury (x2).
