One indicted for arson

The following indictments were handed down in the 31st Judicial Court of Gray County:

• Kameran (Kameron) Dewayne Taylor, 33, was indicted for theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions. A state-jail offense with a bond set at $50,000. Taylor had two indictments on similar charges. Taylor was also indicted for assault on a public servant. A third-degree penalty with a second enhancement and a bond set at $20,000.

• Luis Ubaldo Baca, 65, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000. Baca was also indicted for assault on a public servant. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.

• Betsy Amanda Crossman, 37, was indicted for arson. A second-degree penalty with a bond set at $150,000. Crossman had two indictments for arson.

• Christina Ditirro, 27, was indicted for tampering/fabricating physical evidence with a intent to impair. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.

• Justin Wade Ditirro, 31, was indicted for aggravated assault against a public servant. A first-degree penalty and Ditirro was denied bond. Ditirro was also indicted for tamping/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair.

• Thomas Dale Jedele, 34, was indicted for harassment of a public servant. A third-degree penalty with a second enhancement with a bond set at $20,000.

• Curtis Ray Nash, 31, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one/one-B greater than/equal to four grams and less than 200 grams. A second-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.

• Korbin Cole Ramirez, 26, was indicted for assault to a family/house member impeding breath/circulation. A third-degree penalty and Ramirez was denied bond. Ramirez was also indicted for injury to a child/elderly/disabled with reckless bodily/mental injury.

• Mariah Lynn Schiffman, 22, was indicted for injury to a child/elderly/disabled with criminal negligence. A state-jail penalty with a bond set at $100,000. Schiffman was also indicted for abandon/endangering a child with intent/knowledge of reckless/criminal negligence. A state-jail penalty with a bond set at $100,000.

• Marilyn Michelle Stewart, 34, was indicted for stalking. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $20,000.

• Jennifer Teresa Reed, 39, was indicted for theft of a firearm. A state-jail penalty with a bond set at $12,500.

• Damon Wildcat, 48, was indicted for sexual abuse of a child- continuous victim under 14. A first-degree penalty with a 25-year minimum and a bond set at $500,000.
