Pamela Rae “Pam” Willis, 73 years old, of Pampa, passed away Saturday morning, February 15, 2020.  She was born on October 16, 1946 to Elmond and Helen Jackson in Genoa, Nevada.

In 1976, Pam moved her family here from San Jose, California and Pampa had remained her home.  Pam was an avid animal lover, she read thousands of love stories and spent countless hours working her crochet needles making beautiful pieces of art. Her abundant love for children was the perfect avenue enabling her to stay home and babysit.  She cared for the kids as her very own and even gave them special treatment over her own kids at times.   Pam was a very loving and kind woman, always worrying about others above herself; regardless if they loved her in return.  Pam was just Mom in every sense of the word.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her father, Elmond Jackson; parents, Helen and Gordon Pearce; brother, Charles Pearce and a son, Jeffery Willis.

Pam left behind to remember her always, a daughter, Kirsten Robles of Pampa; sons Darrin Willis and wife Dawn, Tyson Willis all of Nashville, TN; brothers, John Kinnear and spouse Lupe of Gonzales, CA. Mike Pearce and wife Laurie of Plano, TX; sisters, Angie Maddox and husband Gerald, Pattie Bear all of Florida, Marie Proctor and husband Randy of Eucha, OK, nine grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and her two fur babies that she treated just like her kids, Dixie and Tamsin.

Staying true to her wishes, the family will lay her cremains to rest with her family in Zena, OK at a later date in a private family setting.  The family has entrusted the cremation care of their precious loved one to Winegeart Funeral Home.
