Pampa native Tate LeBlanc competed in Wyoming for the Reserve National Cutting Horse Championship, winning the title and doing his town proud yet again. Tate was the Region 1 High School Champion before taking 4th in the State
Championship, advancing him to the National level. This most recent win has advanced him to the World Finals that will take place in Fort Worth. Congratulations to Tate and the LeBlanc Family and best of luck to you in the Finals!
