• Cody Don Russell, 33, Pampa, was arrested by Pampa Police Department for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram.
• Christopher Jan Russell, 31, was arrested by PPD for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram.
• Jayson Brian Thomas, 22, Pampa, was arrested by Gray County Constable for cruelty to livestock animals.
• David Lee Ellison, 54, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for assault to cause bodily injury.
