• Noorullah Shinwar, 30, Pampa, was arrested Wednesday by Gray County Sheriff’s Office for driving while intoxicated.
• Steve Lester Young, 33, Canadian, was arrested Wendnesday by PPD for a fugitive warrant.
• Kassidy Faith Winegart, 24, Pampa, was arrested Thursday by GCSO for assault on a public servant.
• William Davbrent Thomas, 47, Pampa, was arrested Thursday for disorderly conduct.
• James Edward Harrelson, 38, Pampa, was arrested Thursday for burglary of a habitation, criminal trespass, warrant of arrest- theft under $100, warrant of arrest- driving while license invalid, warrant of arrest- failure to appear/bail jumping.
