A Lelia Lake man was killed outside of Lelia Lake city limits on Wednesday morning when he was struck by a truck-tractor.
According to Texas DPS, a 2020 Freightliner truck-tractor towing two semi-trailers was traveling south on U.S. Highway 287 about 200 feet northwest of Lelia Lake.
