• Sheena Nicole Rosalez, 31, Pampa, was arrested Monday by PPD for failure to identify giving false fictitious information.
• Nahum Santillana Nunez, 36, Pampa, was arrested Tuesday by PPD for capias pro fine- failure to maintain financial responsibility.
• Earl Franklin Knotts, 38, Pampa, was arrested Tuesday by PPD for warrant of arrest- possession of drug paraphernalia, warrant of arrest- criminal mischief, warrant of arrest- failure to appear/bail jumping.
