On September 24, 2024, Rosalin Bobbie Middleton, 47, of Pampa, was arrested by the Fugitive Task Force for a bond surrender for assault on a family member by impeding breath, a capias pro fine for theft under $100 and a capias pro fine for tamperting with contents of a trash bin.
