Seven indicted by Grand Jury

Seven people were indicted by the 223rd Judicial District Court Grand Jury for the month of July 2021.

• Tracy Zack Cain, 61, was indicted for the charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony. The offense date was March 9, 2021. The bond was set at $25,000.

• Jerry Charles Dennison, 44, was indicted for the charge of failure to register as a sex offender. The charge was a second-degree felony. The offense date was March 30, 2021. The bond was set at $35,000.

• Jack Alexander Floyd, 49, was indicted for the charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram. The charge was a state jail felony. Bond was set at $25,000. The offense date was January 23, 2021.

• Dillon Clay Johnson, 29, was indicted for the charge of forgery of a government institution/money/security. The charge was a third-degree felony. The bond was set at $50,000. The offense occurred on October 18, 2020.

• Promise Starrla Jaide Mundell, 26, was indicted for the charge of manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance, greater than or equal to four grams but less than 200 grams. This charge was for the offense on August 6, 2020 and is a first-degree felony. Bond was set at $50,000.

• Raul Rodriguez, 45, was indicted for the charge of manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance, greater than or equal to four grams but less than 200 grams. This charge was for the offense on August 6, 2020 and is a first-degree felony. Bond was set at $50,000.

• Michael James Smith, 36, was indicted for the charged of burglary of a building. The offense was on March 28, 2020 and is a state jail felony. Bond was set at $10,000.
