In the Texas High Plains grain markets the bulk of bids were 12 to 13 cents lower on grain sorghum; 3 to 5 cents lower on wheat; 7 cents lower on corn.
The May contract closed 6.75 cents lower on corn, and 4.25 cents lower on May on KC wheat.
Prices paid or bid to producers delivered to country elevators as of 3:00 p.m. Grain sorghum quoted per hundredweight; wheat, corn and soybeans per bushel.
